PRO Trader is an online platform designed for wholesalers and dealers in the automotive parts industry. The platform also includes mass search capabilities, allowing users to efficiently search for large quantities of products. With PRO Trader, you can easily manage bulk orders, track deliveries, and benefit from special bulk discounts, all while receiving professional assistance tailored to your business needs.

Is there a trial period or subscription fee for using PRO Trader?
No, there are no trial periods or subscription fees. Registration is free, and you only pay for what you order. There are no monthly obligations or commitments.
Orders
Is there a minimum order value on PRO Trader?
Yes, the minimum order value is 1,000 €. Orders below this value cannot be processed.
How do I place an order on PRO Trader?
You can place an order through the PRO Trader platform using our mass search feature to find a large number of different products at once or by using the search bar. Once you've added items to your basket, proceed to checkout where you can review and confirm your order.
How can I change and how can I cancel my order?
Contact your support manager or sales manager and they will be able to make changes to the order if it is not already in the packing stage.
Can I use the same account to shop on AUTODOC?
No, you will need separate accounts for PRO Trader and AUTODOC, as these platforms offer different services and pricing structures.
Prices
How long do the prices stay the same in the shopping basket?
The prices shown in the shopping basket correspond to the prices in the manufacturers' catalogues and are updated in line with these.
Can I receive a refund for the price difference if the original price changes after I place an order?
No. The transaction is completed once you have placed your order and you will receive the goods at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes, PRO Trader offers bulk order discounts based on your total order value. You can get a discount of up to 5% on the total order value. The size of the discount depends on the order value, the items included, and your cumulative turnover with PRO Trader.

Payment
What payment methods are available on PRO Trader?
PRO Trader offers the following payment methods:

Basic payment methods:
Bank transfer: complete your transfer within 7 days of order confirmation.
Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation. -
Alternative payment methods:
Coupons: applied at checkout. Can be used for up to 100% of the order value (excluding delivery costs).
How do I change my payment method?
You can change the payment method for each order in the basket before completing your order. You can choose one of the available payment methods - SEPA Direct Debit, Buy Now, Pay Later with Mondu, or credit/debit card - and combine it with a coupon or bonus.
Is my personal data safe when I order online from PRO Trader?
Absolutely. We comply with our privacy policy and store our customers' personal data safely. We also use special encryption algorithms for maximum security.
What should I do if I have been charged more money than the order total?
Please contact your support manager.
Why do the invoices exclude VAT?
The invoices exclude VAT because they are for intra-community exchanges, and issued by an EU member state, Germany.
Credit/debit cards
What types of cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CB for all transactions on our site. You can use your personal or business credit or debit card.
My card payment was declined. What should I do?
If you encounter an error during payment, please:
- Check you entered your card details correctly and try again.
- Ensure your card is not expired.
- Ensure your card has enough funds for the order value. Contact your bank to ensure there are no issues with your account. If the problem persists, contact your support manager for further assistance.
How much can I spend when paying with card?
You can pay as much as your credit card allows. The limit depends on your credit card issuer. Please check with your bank for any specific limits or restrictions.
Can I use a debit card instead of a credit card?
You can use any personal or business credit or debit card as long as it is a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or CB. The process is the same as using a credit card.
When will my card be debited?
Your card will be charged when you place the order.
Does PRO Trader charge any additional fees for paying by card?
No, PRO Trader does not charge any additional fees for card payment.
What should I do if I see an unauthorised charge on my card?
If you notice an unauthorised charge, contact your bank immediately. Please inform your support manager as well.
How can I use and manage multiple cards?
If you wish to use a different card than the one you used for your last order from PRO Trader, select the credit/debit card payment method at checkout and either: select another card from your saved cards, or add the new card details in the form when completing your order.
How can I delete my card details from PRO Trader?
Please contact your support manager if you want to remove a card from your account.
Alternative payment methods
How do I apply coupons?
You can use a coupon to pay for products on the PRO Trader website. To do so, please select “Coupon” as an alternative payment method in your shopping basket and enter the coupon number in the dedicated field.
Can I pay for 100% of my order total with a coupon?
A coupon can cover 100% of your order total.
Can I use a coupon to pay for delivery?
No, you can only use the coupon to pay for part of your order but not for the delivery.
Can I combine payment methods?
Yes, you can combine a basic method (bank transfer or card) with a coupon. However, two basic payment methods cannot be combined for a single order.
Delivery
What delivery options does PRO Trader offer?
- Delivery to an address of your choice - can be organised in parcels or pallets (only for orders over 2000 €). We have a large network of carriers and will help you choose the most cost-effective delivery option
- Warehouse pickup - can be organised only in pallets (only for orders over 2000 €). This delivery option allows you to choose your own carrier and organise the delivery as you wish.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery will take 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery country and chosen delivery method.
What factors can affect the delivery time?
- Destination country

- Business hours and working days in the destination country
- Product availability
- National holidays
- Courier service issues or delays
What does “Ready to dispatch” mean?
This refers to the date by which the products will be ready to dispatch from our warehouse. The actual delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method selected.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all stages of your order, including the preparation process, are visible on our platform under Orders > My orders. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track the delivery at any point.
If you choose delivery with one of our parcel couriers or pallet transport partners, you will be able to monitor the exact location of your shipment during the entire delivery process.
Where are your warehouses located?
AUTODOC is a German company headquartered in Berlin that has been successfully operating for over 15 years in 27 European countries. Our warehouses are located in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. The main warehouse for the PRO Trader project is located at Cynkowa 12, 70-862 Szczecin, Poland.
Where do I pick up my order if I choose warehouse pickup?
You can pick up your order packed in pallets from our warehouse located at Cynkowa 12, 70-862 Szczecin, Poland.
Returns & refunds
How do I make a return?
You can request a return by contacting your support manager via phone or email. Your support manager will guide you through the return process and issue a return form if applicable.
Who pays for the return shipping?
For warranty claims or damaged goods, PRO Trader covers the return shipping costs.
What is the return process for warranty claims?
Once your return is approved: A return label will be generated and sent to you. You use it to send the item(s) back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process the refund. The return and refund process is described in detail here. (link to returns and refunds page)
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned items have been processed at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been completed.
Support & assistance
What kind of support does PRO Trader offer?
PRO Trader provides dedicated support from two key roles:
- Sales manager: your partner in placing orders, choosing delivery options, and negotiating financial terms.
- Support manager: available 5 days a week to help with logistics, documentation, and administrative support.
How can I contact my sales or support manager?
You can contact your sales manager via email. For urgent issues, you can also contact your support manager via phone or email.
Account & registration
How do I register for PRO Trader?
To register, simply provide your company's legal details, VAT number, and contact information. PRO Trader will run a verification process to confirm that your business meets the requirements to join the platform. Once verified, your account will be activated, allowing you to start using the platform.
Do I need a VAT number to register?
Yes, PRO Trader is designed for B2B automotive businesses, and a valid VAT number that allows intra-community transactions is required for registration.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot password?" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.
What is the difference between the legal and commercial name of a company?
The legal name of the company is the name used in the registration documents and in communication with government authorities. It usually includes the type of legal entity. The commercial name of the company is the name that you use on your garage sign, for example. The legal name of the company is used in the billing address and the commercial name of the company is used in the delivery address. They may be the same or different.
