2. Disputes
2.1. We try hard to avoid any disputes with our customers. If a dispute cannot be avoided, it needs to be settled before the German courts on the basis of the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is - if permitted by law - Berlin (Landgericht).
2.2. Please note that we do not participate in any alternative dispute resolution regime. We therefore do not participate in alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings:
- We do not take part in ODR proceedings on the basis of Art. 14 para. 1 VO 2013/524/EU Consumer Dispute Resolution, provided by the European Commission. This platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our company is generally not willing or obliged to participate in any such dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
- We also do not participate in proceedings before the General Consumer Arbitration Board.
